dsh-device-bridge: A Companion Protocol Client for Generic Devices

`dsh-device-bridge` is a general-purpose Companion protocol client used to connect non-WSL devices (such as phones and IoT devices). It provides standard HTTP interfaces and must be installed manually (requires Node.js >= 18). Core features include viewing the device list, checking health status, and invoking operations (subject to whitelist restrictions). This plugin supports lightweight devices and shares the protocol with `dsh-mac-companion`, but it is not included in the installation scripts.
